The terms & conditions for my online shop you will find in both English and Danish:

1. GENERAL
1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ordering of art objects from Kristina Buk ApS' webshop.
1.2 The conditions that apply to art object offered for sale on this website are listed below. By clicking the "I have read and accepted" on the order form and submit your order, you accept and you agree to be bound by the conditions. If you provided a valid e-mail address, we will notify you as soon as possible to confirm your order and to confirm your information. Feel free to contact us for a paperless order confirmation.
1.3 Kristina Buk ApS reserves the right to change terms at any time and without notice. Such changes would not apply to any order that is filed before the amended terms are posted on the website. If any of these conditions are invalid because of the then remaining legislation that will eliminate the invalid condition, and will not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.
1.4 The copyright in images, text and graphics etc. on the website, including images of the art objects belong Kristina Buk ApS, and use of this material must not be made without written permission from the copyright holder. Thus, Kristina Buk ApS subsequent sale of an art object still show pictures of these for marketing purposes, and use the sold art objects in other contexts that are within copyright privileges.

2. DELIVERY
2.1 The ordered product is delivered in the original design. Kristina Buk ApS reserves the right to make minor technical changes not affecting the art objects functionality.
2.2 Art Objects will generally be sent within 3-4 days.
2.4 Kristina Buk ApS may at its own discretion decide to make partial shipments. If this happens, there will be imposed no extra cost. There will only be charged for one delivery.
2.5 If delivery is not possible within 30 days, you are entitled to cancel the order. If a payment is made, such payment will be refunded by us within 30 days.
3. PRICE AND DELIVERY COSTS
3.1 All prices are in Danish kroner. The prices are published on the website are inclusive Danish VAT but exclude taxes, duties, tariffs and delivery costs for deliveries abroad.
3.2 You agree to indemnify Kristina Buk ApS any additional postage and / or handling charges incurred by your failure to receive or collect the delivery in accordance with the agreed terms of delivery.
4. PAYMENT
4.1 You can pay for art objects by using the payment methods at any time shown in the website.
4.2 Kristina Buk ApS provides secure online payment using an external supplier and to ensure that you always have the highest security that encrypts your payment information automatically when you enter them.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, DAMAGED AND / OR INCOMPLETE ART OBJECTS
Returns
5.1 You may cancel the agreement after the Danish consumer agreement § 17 with a withdrawal period of 14 days unless otherwise agreed. The deadline runs from the day you have received the goods delivered, since you via e-mail has received the statutory information such as the right of withdrawal and whether the purchased product. Should you not have received this information because of conditions that can be contributed Kristina Buk ApS, the withdrawal period starts to run but no later than 3 months after the day you receive the product. If the deadline expires on a holiday, Saturday, Sunday, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, you can wait until the following workday.
How to cancel an order?
5.2 Before the withdrawal period ends you must return or return the received to us. It is sufficient that by the deadline have delivered the received for the post office or another company that has undertaken to forward it to us. If you want proof that you have regretted in time, you might save your receipt as proof that you have handed over the goods to the post office, etc. for shipment. You can also cancel the agreement by refusing to accept the goods.
5.3 You must pay the costs (postage / freight) by the product's return, and you bear the risk of the art object during the return. If we have delivered a replacement, because the art object as a whole could not be delivered, the cost when forwarding substitute goods is covered by Kristina Buk ApS. Note that Kristina Buk ApS sells some unique Art objects and replacement product can therefore often not be disclosed, as two art objects rarely match. We will refund the purchase price therefore, if you as a buyer cannot find another product.
5.4 We will refund the purchase price immediately and within 30 days from our receipt of the returned object handicrafts.
5.5 Your right to cancel an order could be compromised if you have not taken appropriate steps to ensure you are able to return handicrafts object in the same condition as when you received it (including original packaging). We therefore recommend that you take appropriate and reasonable steps to maintain the art objects condition and that you ensure the safe return to us.
Complaints of art objects
5.6 In addition to the right to cancel your order, you also have certain responsibilities if art object is damaged in transit or defective. In this case, please contact us and follow these steps:
5.7 Claims for defects in art object must be notified within a reasonable time and within 14 days after you have discovered the defect. We recommend that you send your complaint in writing to Kristina Buk ApS at the address or email listed below in section 1.5, and send the art object to the address indicated for the treatment of the claim. Failure to timely complaint may be rejected by Kristina Buk ApS.
5.8 If the complaint is justified, you may request (a) repair, (b) exchange or (c) money back if the repair or replacement is not possible.
5.9 If we cannot repair the defect in art object or deliver a replacement, you may elect at its option to cancel the order and get your money back or request a price reduction on retaining use the art object in the state as it exists in.
5.10 Kristina Buk ApS assumes no responsibility for claims made as a result of (a) non-intended use or handling of art object, or (b) improper maintenance of art object.
6. SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
6.1 For more arts and crafts objects follow specific instructions for maintenance. Additionally, you can contact one of Kristina Buk ApS, if there are questions about maintenance.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
7.1 Kristina Buk ApS is not responsible for any errors or delays in the execution of the contract if and to the extent such failure or delay is directly or indirectly caused by circumstances which are beyond Kristina Buk ApS' reasonable control and could not be avoided by taking reasonable actions.
8. APPLICABLE LAW
8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws in Denmark.

1.1 Disse vilkår og betingelser (“betingelserne”) gælder for bestilling af brugskunstgenstande (“brugskunstgenstand”) fra Kristina Buk ApS' webshop.
1.2 De betingelser, som gælder for brugskunstgenstand, der udbydes til salg på dette website, er anført nedenfor. Ved at afkrydse feltet “Jeg har læst og accepteret” på bestillingsformularen og indsende bestillingen, accepterer og indvilliger du i at være underlagt betingelserne. Hvis du har oplyst en gyldig e-mailadresse, underretter vi dig så hurtigt som muligt for at bekræfte din bestilling, og for at bekræfte dine oplysninger. Du er velkommen til at kontakte os for at få en papirbaseret ordrebekræftelse.
1.3 Kristina Buk ApS forbeholder sig ret til at ændre betingelserne til enhver tid og uden varsel. Sådanne ændringer vil dog ikke gælde for bestillinger, som er indsendt før de ændrede betingelser er offentliggjort på websitet. Hvis nogle af disse betingelser måtte være ugyldig som følge af den til enhver tid værende lovgivning , udskilles den ugyldige betingelse, og vil ikke have indflydelse på gyldigheden af de øvrige betingelser.
1.4 Ophavsretten til såvel billeder, tekst og grafik m.m. på websitet, herunder også billeder af brugskunstgenstande tilhører Kristina Buk ApS, og brug af dette materiale må ikke ske uden skriftlig tilladelse fra ophavsretsindehaveren. Således kan Kristina Buk ApS efterfølgende et salg af en brugskunstgenstand fortsat fremvise billeder af disse i markedsføringsmæssig henseende, samt bruge de solgte brugskunstgenstande i andre sammenhænge, som ligger indenfor ophavsretlige rettigheder.
1.5 Hvis du har spørgsmål eller kommentarer til betingelserne, meddelelser om fortrydelse, ophævelse, returnering eller refundering af kunstgenstande, kontakt venligst:

2. LEVERING
2.1 Det bestilte produkt leveres i originaldesign. Kristina Buk ApS forbeholder sig ret til at foretage mindre tekniske ændringer, som ikke påvirker brugskunstgenstandens funktionalitet.
2.2 Brugskunstgenstande vil som udgangspunkt blive sendt inden for 3-4dage .
2.4 Kristina Buk ApS kan efter eget skøn beslutte at foretage dellevering. Hvis dette sker, påløber der ingen ekstraomkostninger. Der bliver kun opkrævet betaling for én levering.
2.5 Hvis levering ikke er mulig inden for 30 dage, er du berettiget til at annullere bestillingen. Såfremt der er foretaget betaling, vil en sådan betaling blive tilbagebetalt af os inden for 30 dage.
3. PRISER OG LEVERINGSOMKOSTNINGER
3.1 Alle priser er opgivet i danske kroner. De priser der er offentliggjort på websitet er inklusive dansk moms, men eksklusive skatter, afgifter, told og leveringsomkostninger ved eventuel levering til udlandet.
3.2 Du accepterer at godtgøre Kristina Buk ApS eventuelle ekstra forsendelses- og/eller ekspeditionsomkostninger, som påløber ved din undladelse af at modtage eller afhente leveringen i overensstemmelse med de aftalte leveringsbetingelser.
4. BETALING
4.1 Du kan betale for brugskunstgenstandene ved hjælp af de betalingsmetoder, som til enhver tid fremgår af websitet.
4.2 Kristina Buk ApS sørger for sikker onlinebetaling ved hjælp af en ekstern leverandør og for at sikre, at du altid har det højeste sikkerhedsniveau, krypteres dine betalingsoplysninger automatisk, når du indtaster dem.
5. FORTRYDELSESRET, BESKADIGEDE OG/ELLER MANGELFULDE BRUGSKUNSTGENSTANDE
Fortrydelsesret
6.1 Du kan fortryde den indgåede aftale efter forbrugeraftalens § 17 med en fortrydelsesfrist på 14 dage, med mindre andet er aftalt. Fristen regnes som udgangspunkt fra den dag, du har fået varen leveret, idet du via e-mail har modtaget de lovpligtige oplysninger om bl.a. om fortrydelsesretten og om den købte vare. Skulle du ikke have modtaget disse oplysninger på grund af forhold, som kan lastes Kristina Buk ApS, løber fristen dog senest til 3 måneder efter den dag, du har modtaget varen. Hvis fristen udløber på en helligdag, lørdag, grundlovsdag, juleaftensdag eller nytårsaftensdag, kan du vente til den følgende hverdag.
Hvordan fortryder du?
6.2 Inden udløbet af fortrydelsesfristen skal du tilbagesende eller tilbagegive det modtagne til os. Det er tilstrækkeligt, at du inden fristens udløb har overgivet det modtagne til postvæsenet eller en anden virksomhed, som har påtaget sig forsendelsen til os. Hvis du vil sikre dig bevis for, at du har fortrudt rettidigt, kan du f.eks. gemme kvitteringen som bevis for, at du har overgivet varen til postvæsenet mv. med henblik på forsendelse. Du kan også fortryde aftalen ved at undlade at modtage varen.
6.3 Du skal selv betale omkostninger (porto/fragt) ved varens tilbagevendelse, ligesom du bærer risikoen for brugskunstgenstanden under tilbagesendelsen. Hvis vi har leveret en erstatningsvare, fordi den pågældende brugskunstgenstand, som helhed ikke kunne leveres, påhviler omkostningerne ved fremsendelsen af erstatningsvaren dog os. Bemærk at Kristina Buk ApS sælger en del unika brugskunstgenstande, og erstatningsvare kan derfor ofte ikke udleveres, da to brugskunstgenstande sjældent er ens. Vi refunderer derfor købesummen, hvis du som køber ikke kan finde en anden vare.
6.4 Vi tilbagebetaler købesummen straks og senest inden for 30 dage fra vores modtagelse af den returnerede brugskunstgenstand.
6.4 Din ret til at fortryde bestillingen kan bringes i fare, såfremt du ikke har taget behørige skridt til at sikre, at du er i stand til at returnere brugskunstgenstanden i væsentlig samme stand, som da du modtog den (inklusiv originalemballage). Vi anbefaler derfor, at du tager behørige og rimelige skridt til opretholdelse af brugskunstgenstandens stand, og at du sørger for sikker returnering til os.
Reklamationer over brugskunstgenstande
6.5 Udover retten til at fortryde bestillingen har du også visse beføjelser, såfremt brugskunstgenstanden er beskadiget under transporten eller mangelfuldt. I så fald bedes du venligst kontakte os og følge nedenstående fremgangsmåde:
6.6 Reklamationer vedrørende mangler ved brugskunstgenstanden skal meddeles inden for rimelig tid og senest 14 dage efter, at du har opdaget manglen. Vi anbefaler, at du sender din reklamation skriftligt til Kristina Buk ApS på den adresse eller e-mail, der er anført under i punkt 1.5, ligesom brugsgenstanden sendes til den anførte adresse for behandling af reklamationen. Manglende rettidig reklamation kan afvises af Kristina Buk ApS.
6.7 Såfremt reklamationen er berettiget, kan du anmode om (a) reparation, (b) ombytning eller (c) pengene tilbage, såfremt reparation eller ombytning ikke er muligt.
6.8 Såfremt vi ikke kan reparere manglen ved brugskunstgenstanden eller levere en erstatningsvare, kan du efter eget valg vælge at annullere bestillingen og få pengene tilbage, eller anmode om prisnedslag mod at beholde brugsgenstanden i den stand, som den forefindes i.
6.9 Kristina Buk ApS påtager sig ikke noget ansvar for krav fremsat som følge af (a) ikke-tilsigtet anvendelse eller håndtering af brugskunstgenstanden, eller (b) forkert eller manglende vedligeholdelse af brugskunstgenstanden.
7. SERVICE OG VEDLIGEHOLDELSE
7.1 Til flere brugskunstgenstande følger specifikke oplysninger om vedligeholdelse, som skal følges. Derudover kan du kontakte et af Kristina Buk ApS, hvis der er spørgsmål til vedligeholdelse.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
8.1 Kristina Buk ApS er ikke ansvarlig for fejl eller forsinkelse i udførelse af ordren, hvis og i det omfang sådan fejl eller forsinkelse direkte eller indirekte skyldes omstændigheder, som er uden for Kristina Buk ApS’ rimelige kontrol og ikke kunne være undgået ved at tage rimelige forholdsregler.

10.1 Disse betingelser er underlagt lovgivningen i Danmark.
